I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing time. The first thing that struck me was the stunning location of the hotel, perched atop the cliffs of the Western Ghats. The view from the room's balcony was simply breathtaking and made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities provided in the room were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. And I must mention the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.
No negative aspects come to mind, everything was perfect.

We had a great time staying in the hotel. The concept of repurposed containers as hotel rooms was unique and interesting. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and neatness of these rooms. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception who suggested some great activities like picking strawberries at a nearby farm. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby bus stop. The facilities including the game zones, barbeque and evening trek were fantastic and reasonably priced.
Nothing everything was great.

The dinner was tasty and we had a lovely view from our room. We also received two complementary facts which was a nice surprise. The hotel is located in a beautiful area which made it easy to explore the surroundings. Another advantage was the unique and interesting concept of the rooms.
The staff was rude and unhelpful which made our interactions uncomfortable. the facilities were poorly maintained, with broken equipment and self-service that was unorganized and inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Zostel in Panchgani. The location was stunning, surrounded by hills and perfect for exploring on foot. The staff, especially volunteer Achintya, were friendly and made me feel comfortable during my trek. The premises were clean and the rooms were comfortable and value for money. The highlight was the unique experience of staying in a room made out of repurposed containers. The food was also delicious and affordable, and I even got helpful suggestions from the receptionist for visiting a strawberry farm. I highly recommend this hotel for a different and enjoyable experience.
Although there were a few small issues, such as inadequate seating in the common room and some maintenance problems with the indoor games, these were minor inconveniences that can be easily corrected. The hotel is also more suited for young, backpacker crowd and may not have as many options for privacy.

The unique experience of staying in a renovated container was definitely something I won't forget easily. the beautiful surroundings and peaceful views were just what I was looking for in a weekend getaway. I enjoyed the short treks they organised for the guests and the helpful tips they gave for exploring the area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. the breakfast was definitely the best part of the meal.
One of the things that bothered me was the bathroom door in the container room. It would hit the latch and make a loud noise every time it closed, which was quite annoying.

The location of this hotel is simply breathtaking, with stunning natural beauty all around. the design of the hotel is also very impressive, and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. the room was very comfortable and clean, with excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. the view from the hotel is one of the most beautiful things that anyone could ever see. There were also plenty of leisure facilities available, such as a swimming pool and a fitness center, which were enjoyed by us and other guests.
The noise levels from other guests were quite high, which can be distracting and take away from the peaceful atmosphere.
